What is KSB House Grant?

The KSB House Grant is a welfare scheme administered by the Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB) under the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence, Government of India.
It provides one-time financial assistance to Ex-Servicemen (ESM) or their widows for the construction, purchase, or major repair of a house.
